1. Music
Worship:
We here at the District believe Worship is one of the greatest ways we can grow in our relationship with Christ. It moves us into a position of humility before God and places Him in ‘His’ rightful place of Sovereignty over our lives. We know that worship is expressed in more ways than just music; however, at our district events we use music as a common thread to unite our students in one voice and one action to lift up the name and existence of our savior Jesus Christ.
Soundtrack of life:
Music is a key part of the vast majority of young people in our culture today. It speaks for our ideas, expresses emotions, motivates action, inspires us to make choices, dictates our wardrobes, influences our vocabulary and so much more. Music is an extremely powerful voice into our lives, so here at the District we use music to uplift and inspire students to be the best they can be and to seek out the will of God in their lives.
